If you would like to join us at ChoirFest 2008 here's what you do:

If your choir would like to join in the festival, the first step would be to appoint a Choir Representative (who does not have to be the MD of the choir) who can be the point of contact in the run-up to the weekend. The Choir Rep can then email us at info@choirfest.org to let us know that you would like to come and give us a rough idea of numbers. We will then put you on our email list and keep you up to date with what is happening.

You then need to fill in the booking forms - We are asking the Choir Reps to collect the Individual Booking Forms from the choir members who want to participate, along with their booking fee, and then to send them to the address given on the form along with a Choir Booking Form . If you are having problems getting all of the forms back don't worry, get the forms you have and the main Choir Booking Form in as soon as possible as the deadline for choirs is May 30th. Any other choir members can send their forms in individually so long as they let us know which choir they are with.

The Musical Director of the festival, Kirsty Martin, will be in touch with the MD of your choir about the repertoire for the Mass Sing and the music and words will be available on this website soon.

If you would like to participate but can't persuade anyone else from your choir to come, don't worry, you can still join in, just send in an Individual Booking Form by the deadline of 27th June. We can't offer you a slot in the concert but you will still be able to meet loads of singers from all over the country and join in the other activities.

If any participants would like to arrange a home-stay with a member of a Brighton choir, they should fill out the Accommodation Wanted form [link] and send it in themselves separately. Information about other accommodation can be found here [link] and any queries can be sent to accommodation@choirfest.org.

Participants will be able to sign up for the Sunday workshops when they arrive at Registration.
